Sukhothai Bangkok's New Director of Business Development

Wannapa spent her childhood in the Royal Thai Embassy, New Delhi, where her father was the Naval Attache' and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Humanities from Chiang Mai University. After university, she was a part of the editorial team for the English version of ''Manager'' magazine and later on fulfilled her dream by joining Cathay Pacific Airways as a Flight Attendant, based in Hong Kong.

Wannapa came back to Thailand and embarked on a career in Public Relations. Her extensive PR and Marketing Communications experience includes positions at Marriott Resorts & Spas (Thailand) where she acheived an award of "Outstanding Performance 2001" and at the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, Central Hotels & Resorts.

Her last position before joing The Sukhothai Bangkok was as the Director of Marketing Communications at the Conrad Bangkok where she worked for 4 years. This is a new role for me and I am very excited. I work closely with Sales & Marketing, Public Relations and Food & Beverage. Many people sum up this role as the "Hotel's Creative" and I look forward to meeting the challenge.- said Wannapa.
